Yes, this advice has been giving out so frequently that it’s like cliche.

But it’s true. It’s absolutely true.

Yes, there is all sorts of real science behind it.

It helps keeping the brain healthy,

It channels dopamine and serotonin,

Yadayadayada.

It’s all true yadayadayada’s.

From me, you will hear this —

You need to exercise to the point where

You can’t think anything.

You need to keep your breath coming in and out.

You need to run one more step and another.

You need to lift one more time and another.

All you can think is the sensation in your body.

All you can do is to keep your body moving,

No matter how tiring you get.

Move your body to forget your thoughts.

Move to forget.
